Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with a product you receive, please contact us for resolution or submit a return or exchange based on our stated policies. 

Candles can be returned for a full refund (minus shipping) or exchange if unused and in original condition within 14 days of delivery.  Refunds will be in the form of original payment or store credit based on customer preference. Exchanges will be processed as a store credit including shipping and a new purchase must be made by the customer.

Candles are not refundable for tunneling or burn times. Proper burning techniques are included with every purchase to prevent burning issues and extend burn hours. If you are not satisfied with a candle once used, contact us by email to rectify the issue.

Bracelets can be returned for a full refund (minus shipping) or exchanged if unused and in original condition with the tag still attached within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be in the form of original payment or store credit based on customer preference. Exchanges will be processed as a store credit including shipping and a new purchase must be made by the customer.   

All bracelets come with a limited 3-year guarantee. If by normal wear and tear the bracelet becomes stretched, loose, or breaks*, the bracelet can be sent back for repair or exchange for one that is of equal value. *At least 50% of the beads must be recovered and sent back for the guarantee to be valid.
